Andreas and Georgios, longtime friends, were spending a summer evening in Greece, as they savored tender, juicy chicken infused with lemon, garlic, and herbs, inspiration struck. They both agreed: Greeks just do chicken better.

Their livestock are never fed animal byproducts and are only given vegetarian feed sourced from local farms.
We have partnerships with local family owned farms who raise their livestock in humanely process and are never given antibiotics, steroids or hormones.
